How subscriptions work
Your subscription automatically renews according to the selected interval. On the day of the next payment, the system will automatically charge the amount to your credit card and deliver the products directly to your door, without you having to reorder or worry about anything. Additionally, with a subscription, you always enjoy free shipping.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Of course, our subscription comes with no obligations. You can pause, modify, or cancel it at any time through the customer portal.
To access the customer portal, use the unique link you received in the email after your first subscription order. If you cannot find the email with the link, please do not hesitate to contact us at team@layerlabs.store.
Can I reschedule or skip the next payment?
Yes, you can reschedule or skip a payment at any time through the customer portal. To change the date of your next order before its payment due date, simply click the “Reschedule” button next to the delivery date. This will automatically update the delivery dates for your future orders.
Each scheduled delivery also includes a “Skip this order” button, which you can use to skip a payment, for example, if you want to postpone your subscription for a month.
